Coby Sella - CEO
Mr. Sella was appointed CEO of Discretix in August 2010. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Sella has held numerous senior positions in the development and management of application processors, and in the commercialization of technology for the consumer electronic industry.
Most recently Mr. Sella served as Senior VP and General Manager of Zoran's mobile division (NASDAQ: ZRAN), addressing the digital camera and mobile handset markets. Under his leadership, the digital camera business grew its market share to over 30 percent. Prior to joining Zoran, Mr. Sella held various positions at the DSP Group, IBM and National Semiconductor.
Mr.Sella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.
Edo Ganot - EVP Sales & Business Development
Mr. Ganot joined Discretix in 2003, and manages the company's worldwide Sales, Business Development, Alliances, and Corporate Marketing activities.
Prior to joining Discretix, Mr. Ganot was EVP, Strategic Alliances & Marketing for Trivnet, a provider of e /m-Payment platforms for the wireless market and Worldwide Marketing Manager, Business Management Solutions for Scitex Corp. Before that, he held Sales Management positions at ART Inc., a provider of voice and handwriting recognition solutions for the embedded wireless market.
Mr. Ganot received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tel Aviv University and his BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Hani Lerman – CFO

Hani Lerman currently serves as Discretix’ CFO and a member of the management team. Ms. Lerman is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the high tech industry. Prior to joining Discretix she served as the CFO of Storewiz, SunGard Business Integration (a subsidiary of SunGard Data Systems Inc.) and Insider Online. Prior to that she managed the professional practice department at KPMG Israel.
Ms. Lerman has an MBA majoring in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting. She is a certified public accountant.
Yaron Magber – VP Research and Development

Yaron MagberYaron Magber manages the Discretix multidisciplinary Research and Development team. Mr. Magber has more than 16 years of experience in software, VLSI engineering and technology management in numerous markets including mobile and information security. Before joining Discretix, Mr. Magber served as Senior Director of Software and VLSI at Siano Mobile Silicon. Prior to that he served as Senior Applications Group Manager at Zoran (formerly Emblaze Semiconductor) where he was responsible for embedded software development on a multimedia co-processor. From 1999-2003 he served as software team leader for Cyber-Ark, where he was responsible for developing an end-to-end security and information sharing solution.
A veteran of the IDF Intelligence Corps, Mr. Magber holds a B.Sc., Magna Cum Laude, in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Asaf Shen - VP Marketing, IP products
Mr. Shen joined Discretix in 2005 and has accumulated extensive engineering and marketing experience in security related IP products. Previously, he served as Director of Product Management and Product Marketing for the company’s IP product portfolio. Prior to that he served as Discretix’ VLSI team manager and IP projects manager. Before joining Discretix, Mr. Shen was a VLSI team manager at Tioga Technologies, a spinoff of its parent company, Orckit Communications.
Mr. Shen holds a BSc (Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Yossi Hermush - VP Marketing Conent Protection
Mr. Hermush is an entrepreneur and a high-tech executive with over 15 years of professional experience in marketing, product and business development of software-products in various industries including mobile, ecommerce and the Internet. Prior to joining Discretix, Mr. Hermush was VP Marketing at Celebros - a provider of ecommerce site-search products for online stores. Mr. Hermush co-founded Veon, the inventor of Hypervideo (interactive video) which was sold to Philips, and co-founded Adamind, the providers of mobile content adaptation which was floated on the London Stock Exchange.
Mr. Hermush holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from the Tel-Aviv University.
Amit Shofar - VP Business Development
Mr. Shofar joined Discretix in 2004 to spearhead up the company’s business development and partnership activities. In this capacity he built an embedded security eco-system comprising some of the world’s leading semiconductor, OS, IP and application vendors.
Mr. Shofar also heads the company’s expansion into new markets, identifying new and emerging opportunities in the content protection and embedded security market. Prior to joining Discretix, Mr. Shofar spent five years as Director of Technical Services for Trivnet, a provider of e/m-Payment platforms, where he oversaw all of the pre-sales and technical support functions.
Mr. Shofar holds a BA in Computer Science and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
Shira Regev - VP Human Resources
Ms. Regev joined Discretix in 2010, bringing with her extensive experience in organizational planning and business development.
Before joining Discretix, Ms. Regev consulted various companies on start-up formation and management. Prior to that she held various positions at Intel Corporation in Israel and the US. Most recently, she served as Business Development Manager for the Mobility Group and as Senior Business Development Manager for the Mobile Platform Group.
Ms. Regev received her MA in Group Leadership from Lesley University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Be’er Sheva.
