Discretix is looking for a Software Team Leader to join the R&D department and lead a team developing content protection product for mobile environments (mobile phones, tablets, STBs). This position requires excellent hands-on development skills with ability to drill down to lower level details as well as managerial/leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) from an accredited university (grade average 85 and above).

Experience

• Excellent communication and inter personnel skill
• Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software quickly
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Mastery of C/C++ and OO design
•  2+ years of team leading experience
•  Linux OS Experience
• Experience with mobile operating systems (Android, Windows Phone, iOS, etc.)

Desirable

• Familiar with cryptography, data security, network security (VPN, SSL, IPSec).
• Worked in a security-related company.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with an inquiring mind, good communication skills and versatile.
